As a specialist that has been tanning reptile skins for 50 years, we receive orders for dyeing and processing from world-renowned fashion brands.

Among exotic leathers, Taiko Leather is best known for its python leather. Since the company was founded, it has been known in the industry as the "Snake Taiko." As for crocodile leather, we have been specializing in soft matte crocodile finishes since the late 1900s.

Taiko Leather Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 when the reptile leather tanning division of Taiko Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1965, became independent. It is a reptile-specialized tannery that has been tanning reptile leather for 50 years since its predecessor.
Reptiles used as leather materials are basically only found in areas directly around the equator. As the material is extremely rare, there are very few tanners worldwide that handle reptile leather. There are six reptile-specialized tanners in Japan. Taiko Senka is one of only six reptile-specialized tanners in Japan.
